Born from the question: "Why doesn't Office have this feature?"

In every consulting project, the same pattern emerges: the organization invested in a 'knowledge management portal,' but the real knowledge lives on individual PCs. People don't upload — they reuse their own past materials. Rather than fighting this behavior, we designed a tool that works with it. File Compatibility & Limitations

Supported

  • Opens and saves .docx files (Word 2007–365 format)
  • Text formatting, styles, headers/footers, and tables preserved
  • Reference input: Excel (.xlsx) and Word (.docx) files supported
  • AI drafting output in Word-compatible format

Notes & Limitations

  • PDF reference input is under development (coming in a future update)
  • VBA macros in Word documents are not executed
  • Complex page layouts (multi-column, text boxes) may simplify on import
  • Track Changes / Comments from Word are not preserved
  • Embedded fonts may fall back to system fonts
