Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") apply to the use of all software products, websites, and services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided by HARMONIC insight LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

By using the Services, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The Services are provided to users in accordance with the terms of use established by the Company. Users shall use the Services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

The Company may change, add to, or discontinue the content of the Services without prior notice.

Some parts of the Services require a license key or account registration. Users shall manage their account information and license keys appropriately at their own responsibility.

Transfer, sharing, or redistribution of licenses is prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

(1) Activities that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals

(2) Activities that infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of the Company or third parties

(3) Reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or other analysis of the Services

(4) Activities that interfere with the operation of the Services or attempt unauthorized access

(5) Reproduction, distribution, or resale of the Services for commercial purposes without the Company's permission

(6) Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company

All copyrights, patent rights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Services belong to the Company or their rightful owners.

These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights of the Services to users.

The Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the content of the Services.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

The accuracy of output from AI features included in the Services is not guaranteed, and users shall use such output at their own responsibility.

The Company may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms shall become effective upon posting on the Company's website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
