v1.0.2
CurrentReleased:2026-10-19The drawing check gains Check items: what the product cannot decide is checked one by one, with who checked it and when kept on record (plus a check before sending and an internal check record). Floor plan drafts show concession cards when the wishes do not all fit. Floor plans gain "Create from conditions", illustration-style reference 3D and 21 flyer templates.
Drawing check: check items
- The Checklist tab is now Check items. What the product cannot decide (company rules, information outside the drawings, design judgement, findings to be confirmed) is listed with why to look, what to look at and where; mark each one Checked, Not applicable or Make it a finding. Who checked it and when stays with the project.
- For findings to be confirmed, Checked means confirmed in-house and not sent to the outside designer; Make it a finding puts it in the report. If nothing is chosen, it goes in the report as before.
- If unchecked items remain when you make the findings report, you are told before sending: check them first, or write a reason and send anyway (the reason is kept in the internal check record).
- On revised drawings, items whose content has not changed carry over the previous result; only items whose drawing or content changed are to be checked again.
- Enter confirmed values: site area, the difference between design GL and average ground level, the regional classification, the width of the road in front and the window-head heights on the first and second floors; the latest submission is checked against them again. Standard window heights can be set in the company pack.
- Export an internal check record (PDF, A4 landscape), separate from the findings report sent to the outside designer.
- For a mismatch between two drawings, both drawings can be viewed side by side.
Floor plan drafts: wishes and concessions
- Plan-draft conditions are now split into the customer's wishes and what cannot change (law and site). Any wish can be marked as not to be given up, and the LDK and total floor area can take an acceptable limit. In Create from conditions, choose what may be given up if it does not fit (parking, floors, Japanese-style room, number of rooms).
- Concession cards: when no draft meets every wish, the result of giving up each wish one at a time is shown on cards (number of drafts, thumbnail, what is kept and what is lost). Rebuild with the conceded condition in one step; in plan drafts you can also add a card's draft to the list.
- Concession strip and before/after: right under the result, one line shows which concessions yield drafts (for example "Make it 2LDK (wished 3LDK): 5 drafts"), and See the concession options ↓ jumps to the cards. After Remake with this condition, the draft before and the current draft are shown side by side (thumbnail and key points) with the condition changed and what changed (for example "Parking 1 → Parking 0").
- Comparison against the wishes: each wish, the wished value and this draft's value side by side; rows that differ from the wish or fall below the minimum kept for proposal quality are coloured, and re-measured each time you adjust.
- Result labels are now "Meets the wishes" and "A wish given up".
- Create from conditions: drafts found while working are shown early, and what differs between drafts is in bold. Export a proposal PDF for the customer (3D and key points, plus the floor plan).
Floor plans
- Create from conditions: enter the lot size and what you want (rooms, floors, parking and so on) to get up to six draft plans. If none meets every wish, drafts made by giving up one wish are listed with what was given up (concession cards). A site survey, legal checks and finishing by a designer are still needed.
- From drawings and images: rooms can now be created from images and scanned PDFs as well as plan drawings (as a draft; points to check are shown). Fixtures, the kitchen and stair direction are placed automatically.
- After reading: points to check are shown one by one in a bar above the plan (Enter for the next). Name a room by clicking a suggested name, and add a missed room with "Add a room here" by clicking the empty space.
- 3D: switch between 2D and a rotatable 3D view (whole house, each floor, outside) and walk through the rooms. It is illustration-style reference CG, not photorealistic; export images and video.
- Editing: free-form rooms, corner and wall editing, snapping and guides, multi-select, align, copy and paste (to other floors), layers, dimension lines (exterior dimensions drawn by default on new plans), area table, text with leader lines.
- 404 parts and 43 door and window types; choose how jō is counted (default 1 jō = 1.62 m²); seven looks plus sample company looks.
- 21 flyer templates (A4, B4, A3; 1–8 properties), export presets by destination, batch export, export to Jw_cad and DXF, to-scale printing, copy image to clipboard.
- Start from 41 sample plans (including studio, 1K and two-family homes).
Drawing check and general
- Cleaner screens; opening projects, importing drawings and selecting findings have been reworked.
- When you have no projects of your own yet, Home shows three ways to start (check a drawing, make a plan from conditions, make a floor plan from an image), with sample drawings and images to try.
- Unsaved changes in Floor plans are backed up automatically and can be restored at the next start after a crash.
- The confirmation before sending anything to AI now shows what will be sent (images, PDF pages), each of which can be left out. Pressing Enter does not send.
- Stronger protection against overwriting other people's changes in shared folders.
- Floor plans made in 1.0.1 are saved in the new format by 1.0.2; the original file is kept as a backup (.v1.bak).
- Project files that hold check-item results or confirmed values cannot be opened in 1.0.1 (so that saving in 1.0.1 cannot erase those records). If you share projects in a shared folder, everyone should update to 1.0.2.
